This is a fringe breast collar that is hand braided out of the highest quality 550 paracord. It is very adjustable. The rings are stainless steel. It takes up on the side very simply with roller buckles. I have attached trigger snaps to the sides and the bottom tugs to make it
. It is very easy to clean....just wash with a mild soap and hang to dry.
The colors of the fringe are red white and blue.
